KFC, Central & Eastern Europe – Global food brand looking to enter new markets
The remit involved sourcing of large scale Franchise Partners (such as Private Equity businesses / large corporates / high-net-worth individuals) to be responsible for a county, or region to grow the brand.
The work included in-market liaison with investors as well as location analysis, market entry modelling, business plan assessment, significant partner attraction and negotiation of long-term development agreements in line with the KFC market development strategy.
