BT – When BT bought out EE they turned to PartnerWise Franchise to examine, refresh, re-model and re-launch their BT Local Business Licensing Model following PartnerWise Franchise’s successful roll out of the EE franchise for the previous 18 months.
BT Local Business is a network of c40 independent businesses serving the SME market selling exclusively BT products and services since 2002. Already a successful model they wanted to ‘shake up’ what they currently did and raise their profile in the franchising/licencing market to secure talented partners to redefine what good look like in terms of financial performance.
And that’s what PartnerWise have delivered and continue to do. All aspects have been revamped from marketing collateral and profile raising to financial modelling and applicant processing with new partners already in the channel.
