I have spent most of my career as a franchise specialist lawyer, advising franchisors and franchisees on the development of their businesses.
I established Goldstein Legal, a boutique franchise law firm, in 2006, after many years working in-house for major franchisors, including Burger King and O2. Since then, I have seen and advised on the development of a myriad of different franchise concepts, from new start-ups to established brands, and in all sorts of industry sectors. I love the fact that franchising creates a unique framework for the development of brands while at the same time enabling independent operators to run successful businesses.
I was on the board of the British Franchise Association for 6 years, regularly sitting on panels and delivering speaker slots, offering pragmatic advice and thoughts to the franchise industry.
I am delighted now to start a new chapter in my life, joining PartnerWise Franchise as a consultant. I am now applying the benefit of my years of practical franchising experience in providing consultancy support for the team at PartnerWise and their clients.
In my free time, I draw and paint prodigiously. I love music, particularly opera and 1930’s jazz, and I spend quite a lot of my time on a boat.
