I have a commercial career spanning over 20 years, working in a variety of Managerial, Strategic and Brand Development roles. Following an early career in The Fitness Industry and Recruitment I progressed to Leadership roles within Business Services and Franchising.
I have experienced a wide variety of scenarios with both FTSE 100 businesses and start-ups where the goal was simple: navigating to sustainable growth. I am proud to have guided teams and functions through some difficult times and have enjoyed all of the challenges thrown at me.
I am delighted to be with PartnerWise Franchise as Partner. It allows me the chance to work with a wide range of customers on some very interesting and unique projects – all of which are critical to the future of the business. I love working through each case and influencing a positive outcome, working hand in hand with my clients and sharing the accountabilities.
Outside of work I would class myself as an ‘improving’ runner and swimmer, having left rugby behind me for those younger than I! I quickly replace any lost calories used up by cardio and do enjoy good food with the occasional glass of wine.
