• Are highly passionate about the PAUL brand and our products
• Have solid experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in food franchising with multi-site management
• Have liquid assets of at least £500,000 to £1,000,000 and can secure your own financing
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Are a highly motivated, hands-on leader, with experience building and managing successful teams
• Have the capacity, backing and appetite to open at least 5 stores in your local market
