As an EV Hero, you will be supported by your own Customer Journey Manager who will manage enquiries, monitor the customer journey process, book the install and follow up with the customer after completion, leaving you to focus on providing a first class install for your customers. You and your team will be provided with bespoke training as well as ongoing training with some of the leading manufacturers we have partnered with. You’ll also have access to EV Heroes’ bespoke, industry-leading tech platform which simplifies the customer journey, providing clarity and ease to both the customer and installer.
