I have built my career across executive search, recruitment, and in-house management. Starting as a Researcher within executive search, I progressed into team management and developed expertise across all areas of recruitment, including talent intelligence, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and strategic growth.
I am delighted to join PartnerWise Franchise as a Partner, focused on marketing, client services, and recruitment. This role gives me the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of clients on exciting and unique projects that are critical to their success. I enjoy working closely with clients to deliver solutions that drive growth and create positive outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active. I am a Netball Coach and founded a new netball club in Guiseley where I am the Chair and Head Coach. My partner and I have a Malshipoo called Benji, and we love taking him on scenic walks and trips away in the beautiful Yorkshire outdoors.
